TOMMY SHERIDAN's column: Red Clydesiders.

Byline: TOMMY SHERIDAN

I HAD the great pleasure to read a script for a play about the Red Clydeside on Sunday.

Martin McCardie is a fantastic writer and has written the Red Clydesiders about John MacLean and others to be performed at the Tron Theatre in Glasgow from 28-31 January.

The songs have been written by Alastair Huelet, a socialist of great talent. I've booked my tickets for the 31st but it's selling out fast so contact the ticket hotline on 0141 552 4267 today.
