TMS HIRES DYNSYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY, INC., EXECUTIVE AS NEW PRESIDENT

 ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Technical Management Services (TMS), a small information services business located in Arlington, announced that it has hired Bill DeHart, vice president of DynSystems Technology, Inc. (a subsidiary of DynCorp), as president of TMS. He replaces TMS' founder, Aleta Robinson Wilson, who is now the chief executive officer.
 DeHart received his master's of science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He brings over 25 years experience in systems engineering and integration, business development and operations on both commercial and government levels to TMS. DeHart has served as regional manager of sales and account operations for Electronic Data Systems; as director for information systems for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland; and most recently as vice president for DynSystems Technology, Inc.
 TMS provides information systems (IS) development and management services to both the commercial and federal government sectors. TMS' services span the IS environment to include acquisition support, computer facilities management, information engineering, networking, training, telecommunications, space planning and relocation support services and information security.
