TIPS FROM OUR FIT FACTOR ACTIVE 8.

"One of my favourite meals during Fit Factor was chicken and spinach curry: Fry an onion in olive oil, once browned remove from heat and add two heaped teaspoons of curry powder, half a teaspoon of all purpose seasoning and half a teaspoon of paprika. Return to the heat and add two chicken breasts cut into cubes. Fry for 30 seconds and thoroughly mix then add a carton of passata and enough water to ensure the chicken is covered. Add some spinach, bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Eat without rice or Nann bread.
