 TING PERIPHERALS ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO EXCLUSIVELY DEVELOP AND
 MANUFACTURE COMPUTER AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS FOR DSK SYSTEMS
 LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Ting Peripherals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TING), announced today an agreement with DSK Systems, Inc. of Alexandria, Va., to exclusively develop and manufacture a variety of computer and electronic products for DSK. In addition, Ting purchased a 15 percent interest in DSK for an undisclosed amount of cash.
 DSK is an 8(a) minority owned and operated company. The 8(a) Program, whose participants include small business owners and operators designated as socially or economically disadvantaged, is operated by the U.S. Small Business Administration. A portion of federal government contracts are set aside, by law, to be exclusively awarded to 8(a) Program participants.
 "This agreement with DSK Systems offers Ting a relationship with a team of professionals who we expect will deliver to our company, on a continuous basis, a significant amount of government orders," said Ting President David Ting.
 Ting manufactures and supplies a complete line of computer systems and peripherals for businesses and individual customers. The company's products are sold through its subsidiary PC Ware International, Inc., as well as through mail order merchandisers; mass merchandisers, resellers, dealers and distributors; and value add-on resellers and systems integrators.
