 TIMOTHY R. STUART ELECTED PRESIDENT OF STUART ENTERTAINMENT
 LITTLETON, Colo., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Stuart Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: STUA), has announced the election of Timothy R. Stuart, formerly executive vice president, to the position of president. He succeeds Leonard A. Stuart, who has resigned as president but retains his positions as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company.
 Timothy Stuart, 39 years old, has served the company in various executive positions over the last six years and was elected to the position of executive vice president in October 1991. Prior to joining Stuart Entertainment, he was active in the Bingo industry in the United States and Canada for approximately 12 years.
 In the announcement, Leonard A. Stuart states that, "Tim is uniquely qualified to assume his broadened responsibilities in our rapidly expanding company." He added that Tim possesses a "great wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Bingo industry and has seen it develop into a dynamic growth industry. Tim will play a vital rose in enabling the company to take advantage of the exciting opportunities that lie ahead."
 Stuart Entertainment manufactures and distributes a broad line of fund-raising products, primarily associated with the Bingo, electronic gaming and lottery industries.
