 TIMOTHY A. BOGGS TO OVERSEE TIME WARNER'S GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS OFFICE
 NEW YORK, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Time Warner announced today that Timothy A. Boggs, vice president, public affairs for Time Warner, has been appointed to oversee and direct the company's Washington government affairs office. Boggs' appointment will become effective immediately. He will report to Tod Hullin, senior vice president for communications and public affairs.
 In making the announcement, Time Warner Chairman and Co-CEO Steven J. Ross, and President and Co-CEO N.J. Nicholas Jr., said: "Tim Boggs has served Time Warner with effectiveness and distinction. He has a broad mandate, and he has played an increasingly important role in our government affairs, business activities and strategic developments. We are fortunate to have someone of his abilities direct and represent our interests in Washington."
 Tim Boggs has been vice president, public affairs for Time Warner since 1989 and Warner Communications since 1986. From 1982 to 1986 he was director, legislative affairs for Warner Communications. Prior to that (from 1975 to 1982), Boggs was professional staff member of the committee of the judiciary of the U.S. House of Representatives. He resides in Washington.
