TIANCHANG AFFIRMS TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP OF "CHIBI" ONLINE GAME.

Tianchang Tech, Hangzhou, China, responds to recent trademark infringements made by a fellow online game developer based on the company's new release of game title, "Chibi".

The company has recently learned that another famous game developer has announced plans to issue an online game with an identical name to Tianchang's "Chibi," with an expected release date sometime in the fourth quarter of 2007. The company expresses great concerns about this case, and demands the intellectual property rights of the company be rigorously safeguarded.

A market leader in China's 3D MMORPG ("Massively Multiple Online Role Playing Game") with its proprietary 3D game engine, Tianchang has successfully developed and operated its first 3D MMORPGs, "The Legend of Tang Dynasty" and "Tang Dynasty Online". In April 2007, it officially announced the upcoming release of a self-developed title, "Chibi."

Tianchang owns more than 10 classes of trademarks of "Chibi" in four key categories: "online game," "game," "training" and "publishing" (Trademark registrar: Hangzhou Tianchang Network Technology Co., Ltd.) in China. The company also owns full intellectual property rights of "Chibi," a self- developed 3D online game based on the legendary three-kingdom epics. The company therefore demands that other companies immediately cease any activities that infringe on the said trademarks. The company is monitoring the situation closely, and reserves the right for legal actions against any parties that do not adhere to those laws related to trademarks and intellectual property rights.

The development of "Chibi" is built on Tianchang's proprietary 3D game engine to render vivid scenes of the three-kingdom epic. Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Yuan, and other well-known three-kingdom generals relive their stories in "Chibi"; while the 72 bewildering graves of Cao Cao, Bazhengtu of Zhuge Liang and other three-kingdom legends together combine a unique underground palace for gamers to experience unsurpassed amusement. The game is under intensive development by Tianchang's team of R&D elites, who make full use of its years of successful development experiences to create a brand new three-kingdom world.

Tianchang has been placing a strong emphasis on the protection of the intellectual property rights of its games and technologies, which is essential to both the company's own advancement and the healthy development of China's online game industry, particularly for those R&D companies. The company will not tolerate any infringement to its delicately developed and protected intellectual property. This announcement is made to stop any illegal use of its registered trademarks and to promote the long-term interests of the growing number of China's online game developing companies.

By entering into each chapter and section, "Chibi" not only allows its gamers to merge into the turbulent and legendary history of the three- kingdom era, but also to create their own three-kingdom stories.

Tianchang has the full support of its parent company, Finet Group Limited, and invested tens of millions of renminbi into the development of "Chibi". The game has been synchronized with the highly anticipated Chinese movie blockbuster "Red Cliff."
