THREE of the brightest young business talents.

THREE of the brightest young business talents in Wales can be revealed today.

The three are finalists in the Young Business Achiever of the Year category in the Western Mail Business Awards.

They are Nirmal Chhabria, of Niva International, Geraint Hughes, of Madryn Cyf and James Taylor, of Sports Stars. The award is sponsored by Uwic and PKF.

Tim Smith, partner in charge of the Cardiff office of PKF accountants and business advisers, said, "We're really pleased to show our support to young people in business by sponsoring the Young Business Achiever of the Year category.

"As a leading provider of business services to SMEs in South Wales, we want to forge relationships with young entrepreneurs who will become the business leaders of the future."

A spokesman for Uwic said, "We have been associated with the awards for many years and we are delighted to be sponsoring the Young Business Achiever Of the Year category as the recognition of young entrepreneurial talent is an important part of what we do within the university."

The Western Mail Business Awards for Wales, in association with the University of Glamorgan's Business School, will be held at Cardiff International Arena on Friday.
