 THREE ELECTED OFFICERS AT BF GOODRICH
 AKRON, Ohio, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Kent H. Lee Jr., Thomas A.


Waltermire and H. David Warren have been elected vice presidents of The BFGoodrich Company (NYSE: GR). All three also will retain their current responsibilities.
 Lee is president of the company's Specialty Polymers & Chemicals Division, a position he has held since 1985. He joined BFGoodrich in 1968 as an associate sales representative and has held numerous marketing and management positions in the company's chemical businesses. Lee holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master of business administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
 Waltermire is responsible for the company's investor relations program and serves as assistant to BFG's chairman and chief executive officer. He joined BFGoodrich in 1974 as a financial analyst and has held several management positions on the company's corporate staff and in its chemical businesses. He was president of the company's former Elastomers & Latex Division and began his current duties in 1989. Waltermire received a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Ohio State University and a master of business administration degree from Harvard University.
 Warren is president of Tremco, a BFG subsidiary. He joined Tremco in 1981 as executive vice president of Tremco Canada and was named president of Tremco Canada the following year. He assumed his current position in 1988. Before joining Tremco, Warren held various management positions with Honeywell Limited in Canada. He holds a bachelor of applied sciences degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto.
 BFGoodrich produces specialty chemical products, vinyl-based polymer materials and supplies components and services to all segments of the aviation industry. Sales for 1991 totaled $2.4 billion.
