THREE ATTAIN RCDD DESIGNATION AT DATA CONNECTIONS, INC.
GREENSBORO, N.C., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Three employees of Data Connections, Inc., Greensboro, have attained the RCDD designation from the prestigious Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc., (BICSI) organization. They are Newton C. Walton, installation manager; Paul W. Andrews, sales engineer in Charlotte, N.C.; and David W. Madson, sales engineer, Raleigh, N.C. The RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer) status is part of BICSI's mission to provide for economical, efficient, flexible and safe telecommunications, data and other low-voltage distribution facilities and services. The organization also uses educational conferences in programs, publications and a network of individual and corporate members -- such as Data Connections, Inc. -- to further its goals. "The RCDD credentials greatly enhance the ability of these three individuals and that of the company to help our customers solve communication and network problems with proper engineering, design, installation and maintenance services," said Rody Gibbs, Data Connections president. "We're especially pleased that, out of a staff of ten full-time installation people, we now have three certified designers, which is a very high percentage for a company our size."
