THOR INDUSTRIES WINS RV LAWSUIT; LITIGATION DISMISSED

 JACKSON CENTER, Ohio, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Thor Industries Inc. (NYSE: THO) announced today that its Dutchmen Manufacturing subsidiary and Coast Distribution System agreed to a dismissal of the antitrust litigation pending in the United States District Court in San Jose, Calif., on terms which were not disclosed.
 In commenting on the dismissal, Thor Chairman Wade F. B. Thompson said, "We are very pleased to have this frivolous and meritless litigation, which was very costly in management time and legal fees, behind us."
 Thor is the second largest manufacturer of RVs and the largest builder of small- and mid-size buses in North America.
