THOMSON TEAMS WITH ALGORITHM TO DEVELOP NEW GENERATION INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT SIMULATOR

ROSWELL, Ga., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Entertainment Systems division of Thomson Training & Simulation, one of the world's largest manufacturers of advanced technology entertainment simulators, has contracted with Algorithm, Inc. for the development of a new generation interactive entertainment simulator. Atlanta-based Algorithm is a leading developer of high performance, PC-based, interactive 3-D computer graphics applications for entertainment, medical and business Internet communications.

The new interactive entertainment ride will provide an immersive virtual environment experience incorporating high-quality 3-D computer graphics coupled with dynamic simulator motion technology. The partnership will combine the simulation technology skills of Thomson Entertainment Systems with Algorithm's expertise in graphics, control technologies and creative game designs.
