MI MIKE KEL ARTETA T h b d t to MIKEL ARTETA has become used to throwing his boots into the nearest skip after away-day disasters this season. Arsenal's midfielder has a superstition where he bins his footwear if the Gunners slip to defeat. And he has done so more times than he wants to remember this season. Former Toffee Arteta (right) says another defeat at Goodison Park this lunchtime could do serious damage to their Champions League prospects. He said: "I have many superstitions. I always put on my shinpads, socks and boots the same way. Everything is always the same. But if we lose, I throw away my boots." Arteta's penalty in the FA Cup quarter-final tie at the Emirates helped Arsenal inflict a 4-1 defeat on Everton. He added: "Some Everton fans were upset with my reaction after I scored but you can't make everyone happy."
