THERMO TECH NAMES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 LANGLEY, British Columbia, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. (VSE: TTR) today announced that Bruce A. Gordon has been named Chief Financial Officer of the company.
 Mr. Gordon, 57, joins TTR after running his own executive consulting firm for the past year and a half. Before striking out on his own, Mr. Gordon spent the prior 30 years within the Dean Witter Organization. He served as a Vice President and Director from 1977 to 1990 of Dean Witter Reynolds Canada, Inc.
 "Our corporate needs will be well served by Bruce's vast experience," said Rene Branconnier, President of Thermo Tech. "He has demonstrated the ability to contribute as an integral senior manager and will be of great assistance in taking Thermo Tech into its next stage of development."
 "Bruce's career has included key roles in finance and administration. He brings to the company extensive experience in dealing with international issues and the financial markets," Branconnier noted.
 Mr. Gordon has received a Bachelor of Commerce, degree from McGill University, Montreal.
 Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. is the developer of a thermophilic fermentation process that aerobically digests and speedily converts organic wastes into a number of useful end products, including protein for livestock feed, fertilizers and soil conditioners. The company is currently constructing its first facility in Corinth, New York. This plant should be operational by November, 1993.
