 THE U.S ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS - NEW ENGLAND
 CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY
 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' New England Division will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a formal ceremony on May 1, 1992, at 1:30 p.m. The event will be held beneath a huge tent at the Boston National Historic Park (adjacent to the U.S.S. Constitution) in Charlestown, Mass., the event will feature remarks by Lieutenant General Henry J. Hatch, chief of engineers, and Congressman Barney Frank (4th Massachusetts District), as well as proclamations from several of the New England governors declaring May 1, as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Day.
