THE STRAK TWO CORPORATION ANNOUNCES TAMPA, FLA. SITE
FOR LOCATION OF NEW OPERATIONS AND TRAINING CENTER
TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The STRAK TWO Corporation, a private, international technology and management consulting firm, announced its intent to purchase a 27.29 acre site at the Towermarc Developments' Renaissance Park in Tampa, Fla. This ends a two-year search that has spanned 26 cities in five states.
The site will provide a campus-like setting for the initial requirement for a 275,000 square foot multiple building complex, which will house the headquarters and operation center, a 300-student capacity training center, a sports center, a corporate classroom complex, as well as space for future expansion. Occupancy is planned for July 1993.
Relocation of key personnel, underway since July, will be completed in January 1992. The operation center and training center will be staffed and managed under separate service contracts with affiliate corporations. Total staffing will be approximately 500 people by 1995.
Temporary space will be leased in a 14,000 square foot site in Benjamin Center and will be fully operational in July 1992.
The developer will be the Towermarc Corporation, with ODELL Associates, Inc. providing architectural services. Cushman & Wakefield-Tampa is the broker of record.
The STRAK TWO Corporation is a private international technology and management consulting firm providing analytical, developmental, technical, engineering, management, acquisition, training and operational support services to government, industrial, private and public sector clients worldwide.
