 VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 MANSFIELD, Mass., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kendall Company has named James S. Fraser senior vice president for business development. Reporting directly to Richard A. Gilleland, chairman, president and CEO, Fraser will be responsible for domestic and international business development and will work in the company's Mansfield, Mass., and Westlake Village, Calif., offices. Kendall manufactures, markets and distributes medical supplies and devices for the hospital, alternate site health care and home health care markets, as well as adhesive products and tapes for individual and consumer markets. The company, headquartered in Mansfield, Mass., has sales exceeding $700 million and employs over 8,500 people worldwide.
 Fraser, 49, had been president of Calcitek, Inc., a division of Sulzer Brothers of Winterthur, Switzerland, since 1987. The company manufactures and distributes dental and craniofacial implant products for oral surgeons, periodontists and implantologists worldwide. He was previously vice president of administration and human resources at Intermedics, Inc., a producer of implantable medical devices, and a group vice president of human resources at American Hospital Supply Corporation.
