THE JUDGE: VERDICTS: Secret camera made me snap.

THE firm I work for sent in a mystery shopper wearing a pinhole camera to secretly film staff for a training video. I complained but got nowhere. Can I claim compensation for the stress this caused?

#NO. I don't consider there is a case for legal action. It may be possible to raise a grievance procedure under 'dignity at work' provisions but this would not entitle you to compensation. You would only be due this if there was a breach of duty towards you causing actual loss.
