ATLANTA, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Home Depot (NYSE: HD), America's largest home improvement retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of three cents per share, payable on June 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 16.
