 OF ADAN ORTEGA JR. TO VICE PRESIDENT
 LOS ANGELES, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Adan Ortega Jr. was promoted from senior account executive to vice president at the Dolphin Group Inc., according to Carl Haglund, president. The Dolphin Group is listed by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top Southern California public relations agencies. Ortega, 29, has been with the Dolphin Group since 1985.
 "Adan is well regarded by our clients for his skills in coalition building and crisis management. Promoting Adan to vice president is a measure of our confidence in his work and provides him with a leadership position in our organization," stated Haglund.
 Ortega represents clients with regional and national communications concerns including the California table grape industry, Chateau Ste. Michelle and the Washington Growers League. His work has entailed interaction with major grocery retail chains, and government consumer safety regulators in the United States and Canada. Ortega has also served as a consultant to clients in developing Spanish language and Hispanic market communications programs.
 Ortega is a 1984 graduate of Whittier College where he currently serves as chairman of Alianza de los Amigos, the nation's oldest Mexican-American alumni association. He is also an active member of the East Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
 The Dolphin Group Inc., specializes in marketing communications, government relations, advertising and crisis management. Based in Los Angeles, the Dolphin Group also has offices in Sacramento and Palm Desert, Calif.
