My doctor said I should lose weight as I am carrying an extra 4st and my blood pressure is too high. I try my best and last for a week then I go back to eating more than ever. What can I do? The answer to this is in your question. "The doctor said I should" should read "I would absolutely love to". When losing weight is a "should" and not a "want", you will never be successful. As a Weight Watcher leader and life coach, I have never ever had to motivate someone to do something they really, really want. So think about what would make you "want" to lose weight and you'll succeed.
