THE COLOR GUARD.

For the happy and lucky few, House & Garden magazine hosted the New York Botanical Garden Orchid Dinner at the very proper University Club in Manhattan. The following night the magazine hosted a very cool "color party" to celebrate its "color issue." The gang headed uptown to the Hayden Planetarium at the Rose Center for the event, presented by Pantone, which also honored the 20th anniversary of the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS. The evening included a "sonic vision light show," then an after party with DJ.
