Church Women United - First Place Family Center, Pearl Buck Center and Centro LatinoAmericano, three recipients of the Summer Fun Fund money given to organizations working with at-risk children, will share an overview of their summer children's programs beginning at 9:15 a.m. today at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 166 E. 13th Ave. Strawberry shortcake and announcements will be followed by the 10 a.m. program. 484-7331.

Church of God Seventh Day - Saturday Nights in Harrisburg will present gospel music by Brothers Forever, Cornerstone and the Knox Brothers at 7 p.m. today at the church, 820 Diamond Hill Road, Harrisburg. (541) 554-0474 or (541) 995-8003.

Central Lutheran Church - The 55-voice Central Chorale will present Franz Joseph Haydn's Creation Mass at the 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Sunday services at the church, 1857 Potter St. Soloists will be Siri Vik, Arlene Dayton, Carol Welch, Patricia Dewey, Janene Kirkpatrick, Nicholas Larson and Philip Engdahl. 345-0395.

Center for Spiritual Living - Laura Berman and her husband Craig Benelli will provide special music at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service at the center, 390 Vernal St. 485-0035.

Center for Sacred Sciences - A video, "Krishna Das: One Life at a Time," will be presented at 11 a.m. Sunday in the annex at Tamarack Wellness Center, 3575 Donald St. The video documents the life and music of the western-born chanting master. A group discussion will follow. Admission is free. 345-0102.

Spencer Creek Lutheran Church - Vocal and instrumental musical selections by church pianist Lorilee Mundfrom and other members of the congregation will be presented at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church, 86286 Pine Grove Road. A picnic will precede the service at 6 p.m. 687-8643.

Interfaith Prayer Service - The 93rd monthly service will begin with prelude music at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at the First Christian Church, 1166 Oak St. The 7 p.m. program, under the theme "Spiritual Jubilation," will include prayers, songs and chants from the different faith traditions. In honor of the 144th anniversary of Juneteenth, many of the presenters will be of African descent. A fellowship period will follow.

First Christian Church - As part of a community outreach program, a job search workshop will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday afternoons at the church, 1166 Oak St., beginning June 15 and continuing for six Mondays. Registration required. 344-1425.
