 THE BOSTON GLOBE TO HOLD DEBATE ON QUESTION 3
 BOSTON, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boston Globe will hold a debate


on Question 3 -- the recycling question -- on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Globe at 11 a.m.
 The Globe debate will have two debaters from each side of the question.
 The debate will feature two-minute opening statements from each side; questions by Globe reporters and editors for about 40 minutes; debaters asking questions of each other; and closing statements of about one-minute.
 Reporters and editors from other media are invited to attend. Those coming should arrive before 11 a.m. and check in at the front desk in the Globe lobby.
