 AS AGENCY FOR THE BUDGET GOURMET AND BIRDS EYE
 ORANGE, Calif., June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The All American Gourmet Company (AAGC) announced today that it has assigned advertising responsibility for its THE BUDGET GOURMET and BIRDS EYE brands to Young & Rubicam New York. The account had been served by Calet, Hirsch & Ferrell (formerly Wergeles & Drazen). Billings were not disclosed.
 "We've had a long and productive relationship with the people at Calet, Hirsch & Ferrell. They have been a major factor in the growth of our company," said Larry Benjamin, president of AAGC. "The needs of the business today, however, call for a change in direction for our advertising support. We are very enthusiastic about the creative concepts presented by Y&R."
 Under THE BUDGET GOURMET brand, AAGC markets a wide variety of frozen dinners, entrees and side dishes. The BIRDS EYE line includes numerous frozen vegetable and fruit products.
 AAGC is a business unit of Kraft General Foods Frozen Products Group. Kraft General Foods is the multinational food business of Philip Morris Companies Inc. (NYSE: MO).
