Norwegian public transport and ferry company Troms Fylkes Dampskibsselskap ASA (TFDS) said on Thursday (12 June) that it had agreed to acquire a further 50,910 shares in the public transport company Troms Innland Rutebil AS.
The shares were acquired for NOK480 per share for a total of NOK24.4m, which values Troms Innland Rutebil at approximately NOK180m.
The acquisition increased TFDS's holding in Troms Innland Rutebil to approximately 20% and made it the largest shareholder.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
