TEXTRON TO REDEEM ITS 11-3/4 PERCENT SUBORDINATED NOTES DUE 1995
 PROVIDENCE, R.I., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Textron, Inc. (NYSE: TXT) announced that it will redeem all of its 11-3/4 percent Subordinated Notes due May 1, 1995. The aggregate principal amount outstanding of these notes is approximately $57.7 million. The redemption date will be May 1, 1992 at a redemption price of 100 percent of the principal amount of the notes. The May 1, 1992 interest payment on the notes will be made in the usual manner to holders of record on April 15, 1992.
 The paying agent is The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Notes may be surrendered: (a) by mail, to The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., Corporate Bond Redemptions, Box 2020 New York, NY 10081 or (b) by hand, at the Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., Institutional Trust Group Window, One Chase Manhattan Plaza, Floor 1-B, New York, NY.
