TEXTRON TO REDEEM 10-3/4 PERCENT SENIOR NOTES

 PROVIDENCE, R.I., Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) announced that it will redeem all $56.4 million principal amount outstanding of its 10-3/4 percent Senior Notes due Jan. 7, 1998.
 The redemption date will be Jan. 7, 1994. The redemption price will be 101.5 percent of the principal amount plus accrued interest on the principal amount to that date.
 The fiscal and paying agent is Chemical Bank, which succeeded Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
 Payment will be made at the following addresses upon presentation and surrender of the Notes:
