TERMIFLEX WINS MAJOR CONTRACTS

 MERRIMACK, N.H., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Termiflex Corporation (NASDAQ: TFLX) announced today the receipt of two major OEM contracts for its Series 2000 handheld terminal products.
 A $1.3 million, two-year contract was awarded by a major international supplier of vehicle monitoring equipment. Termiflex will supply units made to the customer's specifications for their new line of truck electronic systems.
 An initial purchase order was also received against a contract expected to reach half a million dollars over the next two years from a worldwide telecommunications firm. These terminals will be used in a new system designed to reduce the possibility of major telecommunication service interruptions.
 Initial shipments for both major contracts have been completed, and further shipments against them are expected to be significant throughout 1993 and 1994.
