TELETEK ANNOUNCES CREATION OF PACIFIC RIM FIBER OPTIC BUSINESS

 LAS VEGAS, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Teletek Chairman Michael Swan announced today that Teletek Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Hi-Rim Communications Inc., has executed an agreement with Innovative Telemanagement Resources Inc. (ITRI), an Ohio corporation currently engaged in the business of domestic and offshore long-distance transmission.
 Pursuant to the agreement, ITRI will manage Hi-Rim's entrance into the international switching market and continued operations. Hi-Rim will provide international switching services between the United States and the Pacific Rim utilizing fiber optic lines. ITRI will provide to Hi-Rim, initially, 1 million minutes per month in business, which is anticipated to generate approximately $12 million in annual revenue.
 This project, based on the research and projections of ITRI, is expected to grow to annual revenues in excess of $30 million over the next 14 months.
