TELEMUNDO/IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP: THE LATINO POINT OF VIEW

 LOS ANGELES, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The results are in. Telemundo and its L.A. station KVEA-TV, La Opinion, the National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) and Bendixen & Associates have joined forces to conduct an unprecedented bilingual public opinion poll on immigration and citizenship.
 Responding to the results of this just-completed poll, on Wednesday, Sept. 8, Telemundo and NALEO will announce a major new public service initiative designed to educate non-citizen, Spanish-speaking residents about the opportunities of U.S. citizenship.
 Advanced results and analysis of the poll also will be released.
