MORE than 70 booking agents attended a fact-finding exhibition at a refurbished hotel near Stratford.

The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel in Charlecote hosted a networking event organised by the MCOCO Group, a consortium of 20 venue-finding agents who place corporate business in large chains and independent venues throughout the UK.

Thirty-two exhibitors from independent hotels had an opportunity to present their properties to the booking agents at the hotel, which completed a pounds 5million refurbishment this year.
