TEKTRONIX APPOINTS DAN TERPACK TO HEAD TEST AND MEASUREMENT BUSINESS

WILSONVILLE, Ore., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Tektronix Inc. "Dan Terpack has the skills to lead us through the next level of improvement," noted Yocam. "He has demonstrated keen strategic insight, strong operational management skills and a concern for the well-being of the people at Tektronix."
Coincident with Terpack's appointment, responsibility for the Tektronix Test and Measurement and Telecom Board Build Operation has been shifted to Debi Coleman, vice president for Materials Operations. "The addition of the Board Build Operation to our materials operation and components groups is a logical step in the evolution of our manufacturing strategy to achieve efficiencies based on common systems and processes," said Yocam. Coleman is also responsible for Tektronix' Materials Operations and Components Operations.
Rick Hill, formerly vice president and general manager of the Test and Measurement business, has moved into the Tektronix' corporate development organization where he is taking on new responsibilities for strategic assignments.
