 TEE-COMM ELECTRONICS RECEIVES SEC TRADING CLEARANCE
 MILTON, Ont., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tee-Comm Electronics Inc.,


has received clearance from the Securities Exchange Commission of the United States to begin trading on the American Stock Exchange on August 28, 1992.
 The company's common stock will trade under the symbol''TEN'' on both the American and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
 The company is primarily a manufacturer and distributor of satellite television equipment and has recently introduced a plan to provide to non-cabled rural homes in Canada, programming which has traditionally been available only in cabled areas.
