TEE-COMM ELECTRONICS INC. REPORTS RESULTS

 MILTON, Ontario, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Tee-Comm Electronics Inc. (AMEX: TEN) reports a loss for the year ended Dec. 31, 1992 of $436,000 (3 cents per share) on sales of $37,577,000 as compared to a profit of $2,503,000 (18 cents per share) on sales of $41,208,000 last year.
 For the fourth quarter, the Company realized a loss of $748,000 (5 cents per share) on sales of $13,339,000 compared to a profit of $1,001,000 (7 cents per share) on sales of $10,800,000 for the same period in 1991. Included in the fourth quarter of 1992 was a loss on sale of assets of $153,000. The fourth quarter of 1991 included a gain on sale of assets of $624,000.
 The Company is primarily a manufacturer and distributor of satellite television equipment in North America and Asia. In 1992, Tee-Comm launched a Direct To Home (DTH) service which provides up to 28 channels of cable-like television programming to underserved Canadian homes. The Company presently has in excess of 12,000 subscribers.
