TECHNOLOGY MARKETING INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF THE ASSETS AND BUSINESS OF UNBOUND INC.

 IRVINE, Calif., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Technology Marketing Inc. (OTC Pink Sheet: TMKT) (TMI) today announced that it had acquired the assets and business of Unbound Inc. of Huntington Beach, Calif., in consideration for shares of common stock of TMI.
 Unbound Inc., founded in 1984 by Roger Aouizerat, president, is engaged in the manufacture, sales and service of automated mass- storage systems for the computer industry. The company provides two primary types of storage devices for mainframe, client/server, workstation, Macintosh, and PC environments: RAID subsystems (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Drives) and Read/Write Optical-based library subsystems. RAID technology serves today's need for reliable, fast response storage of large data and graphic image files.
 "The acquisition of the Unbound product line takes TMI back to its origin as a leading developer of mass storage systems," stated Robert K. Lowry, founder and chairman of TMI. "We see the addition of the Unbound business as an important strategic element in both the mass storage and network product markets.
 "I am also very pleased to announce the board of directors of TMI has elected Mr. Aouizerat to the board," Lowry continued, "and has appointed him to the office of president and chief executive officer." Lowry, who has served for the last three years as interim president and chief executive officer, remains as chairman of TMI.
 To facilitate the integration of operations, Unbound will be moving from its current nearby location to TMI corporate headquarters in the near future.
 Technology Marketing Inc., headquartered in Irvine, is a 25-year- old Orange County company comprised of the Electronic Test Products Division, a supplier of automatic test equipment for computer memory and tape storage systems used by electronic and magnetic tape manufacturers worldwide, Strategic Software Development Inc. (SSD), a wholly owned subsidiary providing software for network management, and now, Unbound.
