HOUSTON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Team, Inc. (AMEX: TMI) today

announced that its board of directors authorized a dividend of $.02 per share payable on Nov. 30, 1992, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12, 1992.
The board voted to reduce the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock from $.035 to $.02 per share in light of the continuing U.S. recession and industry-wide slowdown. The company's current dividend policy is to examine its financial condition, market conditions and other matters deemed relevant by the board of directors each quarter and to pay dividends for such quarter as the board of directors determines appropriate.
