TEACHER IS FACING BULLET; Sir accused of racist jibe and handing ammo to colleague.
A TEACHER faces being struck off over claims that he racially abused a colleague by calling her "that c**n in the corner".
It's also claimed James Cook handed a bullet to another teacher and said: "I couldn't find one with your name on it."
Cook is further alleged to have bragged to fellow staff that he "used ragheads as bullet practice" in the Army.
CHARGES And it's also claimed he humiliated two pupils, calling one "Gary Tank Commander" after the TV comedy character and asking another: "Have you been eating too many Big Macs?" Cook, a technical teacher at Lornshill Academy in Alloa, faces a total of 14 charges dating from 2006 to 2012 at a General Teaching Council hearing next week.
It's alleged he called colleague Sabrina Ferguson a "c**n" and told her, while touching her face, that she had only been promoted because of her colour.
Cook is also accused of handing a spent bullet to colleague David Sharp.
A PRIMARY teacher has been struck off after admitting he grabbed a pupil and pushed him, making him stumble.
Cook Jeroen Van Der Kaay, who was newly qualified at the time of the 2011 incident, was removed from the register for two years.
