TDEC substitute.

Tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate (TDEC) has been used as a booster in the vulcanization of EPDM, but has become cost prohibitive, according to the company. Delta P.M. is said to be a particularly good technical equivalent for TDEC in many cure systems. Delta P.M. is said to be highly cost-effective and must be seriously evaluated, should there be any concern about either the handling safety or the cost of the tellurium dithiocarbamates. Delta P.M. is presented in a clean, safer handling polymer bound form and is of 80% active chemical content, according to the company.
