Danish telecomms operator TDC A/S said on Thursday (16 December) that its German subsidiary Talkline Management & Finance Holding GmbH had concluded an agreement to divest its value added services provider Talkline ID to the German company Freenet.de AG.

Talkline ID is being divested to ensure a more intense focus on the development of the mobile company Talkline, according to the company.

Talkline ID has some 80 employees and its 2004 revenues are expected to reach DKK1.2bn.

The sale price was not disclosed.
