TD Chedeng weakens into LPA.

Tropical depression"Chedeng" has weakened into low pressure area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

In update weather bulletin, PAGASA said that all public storm warning signals have already been lifted.

As of 4 p.m. the low pressure area was spotted some 95 km Southeast of Laoag City or in the vicinity of Piat, Cagayan (17.8[degrees]N, 121.2[degrees]E).

The LPA will bring light to moderate rains over Northern and Central Luzon.

It added fisherfolk and small seacraft are alerted against moderate to rough sea conditions over the seaboards of Northern Luzon
