TD 'Onyok' enters PAR.

The tropical depression being monitored by the state weather bureau has now entered the Philippine area of responsibility, afternoon of December 16, 2015.

In an advisory released by PAGASA past 3 p.m., the tropical depression east of Mindanao is now inside the country by 1:45 p.m. and will be named "Onyok".

As of this posting, there are two cyclones affecting the Philippines. One is typhoon "Nona" (international name "Melor") currently located in Ternate, Cavite.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration will release a bulletin relative to "Onyok's" entrance.
