TCC lands exclusive for 68,000 s/f flex facility.
The 68,000-square-foot spec, industrial/flex facility, which is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2005, is the seventh building to be constructed at the 60-acre campus.
David Richards, principal of Richards and Robbins, has also announced the appointment of Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation's largest diversified commercial real estate services companies, as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for this project. The Trammell Crow Company team spearheading this exclusive assignment includes Robert Sager, senior vice president, and Larry Maister, vice president.
