TAKE 4 INGREDIENTS.
250g ready-rolled puff pastry
50g caster sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
1 Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/Gas 7. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Place the pastry on a floured surface and sprinkle over half the sugar and cinnamon mix. Brush it with egg and then sprinkle the rest on top.
2 Now roll the pastry into a log and brush the ends with a bit more egg to seal. Using a very sharp knife, cut the pastry into thin slices and put them on to a baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with a little more sugar if you fancy!
