Lillian Vernon Promotes Hibon

Lillian Vernon Corp., a national specialty catalog and online retailer, has promoted Delphine Hibon to vice president of Lillian Vernon Online, the company's Web site and online catalog. She is responsible for growing and accelerating online sales at www.lillianvernon.com. She will direct efforts to expand the partnerships with other online ventures to offer unique products and services to Lillian Vernon's 20 million customers and the growing online population.

Arc Moves Atlanta Showroom

Arc International has moved its showroom to a more convenient location within the Atlanta Gift Mart, providing easier accessibility and better visibility. It will christen the showroom during the Atlanta Gift Show, July 7- 16, with new products. The showroom address is 230 Spring Street, Suite 933, Atlanta.

Oggi Opens Permanent Showroom

Oggi Corp. has opened a permanent corporate showroom, located at #839A, in the Atlanta Gift Mart.

"We decided to take this bold step and commitment because Atlanta has always proven to be one of our strongest and most successful venues," said Aji Das, president, in a statement. "Quite frankly, we outgrew our temporary booth spaces long ago in this marketplace. The time and opportunity were right."

Denby Converts Warehouse

Denby USA Limited, based in Somerset, N.J., is converting its warehouse to provide more flexible operations and better customer service. In the new operation, Denby will be able to tailor the picking, labeling and packing of products to the specific demands of each dealer served. "This new warehouse system will provide a benchmark for the industry and provide us with the efficiency and accuracy we will need to maintain our leadership in customer service in the coming years," said distribution manager Bill Keay, in a statement.

Stein Leaves Enesco for Artmark Chicago

Michael Stein has joined Artmark Chicago, a giftware business based in Chicago, as executive vice president. He is responsible for all sales and procurement and will oversee the opening of new sales showrooms.

Stein was a 29-year executive of Enesco Corp. He served for 12 years as national sales manager at Enesco before starting the PRO (Profitable Promotions) Division in 1986. He headed that division until he resigned.

"We have brought Mike on board to help us move to the next level of growth and distribution,"said Artmark Chicago president Robert Lozins, in a statement.
