 T/SF COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
 ACQUISITION OF EXPO MAGAZINE
 OVERLAND PARK, Kan., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- EXPO: The Magazine for Exposition Management, has been acquired by T/SF Communications Corp., (AMEX: TCM) a Tulsa-based publishing and information company. With controlled circulation of approximately 7,500, EXPO is the only trade magazine dedicated exclusively to exposition management.
 G. Douglas Fox, chairman and chief executive officer of T/SF, stated, "We are pleased to announce the acquisition of EXPO. In a short period of time it has established itself as a very valuable and credible source of information to the exposition industry, and we feel that it will fit well with our other publishing activities in the trade show and convention areas."
 EXPO was launched approximately three years ago by Donn W. Sanford and his daughter, Donna P. Sanford -- both show managers actively involved in the exposition industry. Ms. Sanford will remain with the publication as its publisher. In announcing the acquisition Ms. Sanford stated, "The acquisition of EXPO by T/SF will provide significant growth opportunities for the magazine, and we will now have additional resources to better serve the exposition industry."
 T/SF Communications also owns Atwood Convention Publishing Inc., the nation's largest publisher of show dailies, directories and other specialty publications for the trade show and convention industry. EXPO's offices will be located within the Atwood headquarters in Overland Park. Atwood will provide administrative, production, marketing, and advertising sales support to EXPO.
 T/SF Communications is a diversified publishing and information company, publishing a daily newspaper, free distribution shopper- newspapers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, five trade magazines and specialty publications for trade shows and conventions, as well as operating an information service company providing information to the trucking and insurance industries.
