Systems Union to acquire Lasata.

UK-based software company Systems union Group has announced that it has agreed a deal to acquire Australian business intelligence software company Lasata.

Lasata already supplies Systems Union with analytical tools which are integrated into their SunSystems and Pegasus software products. Lasata will be merged into Systems Union's Business Intelligence Division.

The deal is comprised of cash, shares and options worth up to GBP10m with an additional GBP1m for the surplus capital in Lasata.
