Systems Communications, Inc. Subsidiary National Solutions Corporation Signs Cooperative Marketing Agreement Letter of Intent With Preferred Payment Systems, Inc.

CLEARWATER, Fla., Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCMI) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary National Solutions Corporation (NSC) has signed a letter of intent with Preferred Payment Systems, Inc., (PPS) to enter into a cooperative marketing agreement under which each firm will market the other's products. The two companies will also cooperate in developing new products for the health care insurer and payor market.

Preferred Payment Systems, Inc., (PPS) is a privately held company with headquarters in Naperville, Illinois. It is engaged in cost containment, subrogation and recovery activities for a number of health care insurers and payors.

NSC provides health care data management and analysis services to Fortune 500 companies. NSC clients include Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company and GTE.

"The agreement between our two companies will significantly expand the market potential for both of us" said Stephen E. Williams, president of SCI. Steven E. Nelson, President of PPS said, "PPS' expertise with in-patient data analysis and NSC's expertise in speedy and precise analysis of huge payor databases perfectly complement each other. The two presidents said they plan to jointly produce new analytical products in the health care data management field that will be standouts in the industry.
