The subject of the public contract is the delivery system for high-performance liquid chromatography nanocapillary peptides consisting of two uhplc chromatographs. the delivery must continue all licensed software (no time limit), which is necessary for the full operation of devices in online nanolc-esi-ms and ms / ms experiments. the devices must be overhauled as well as hardware and software compatible with existing mass spectrometers in the workplace, which have electrospray ionization: maxis q uhr-tof and amazon etd. the subject of the public contract also integrally includes installation, operator training qualified personnel, transfer of complete documentation and declaration of conformity and warranty and guarantee customer service. equipment must meet all the requirements based on technical and safety standards applicable in the czech republic for this type.
