Syrian school strike 'example of outrageous conduct' of Assad or Russia says US.

WASHINGTON, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- The airstrikes that hit a school complex in northern Syria and killed dozens of children is an "example of outrageous conduct" by the regime of President Bashar Al Assad or Russia, said White House Spokesperson Josh Earnest. "There is no justification for bombing a school," he told reporters. "It is an indication that the Assad regime, supported by the Russians, is plumbing the depths of dishonorable conduct. Immoral conduct." Although the US does know who was directly behind the attack, Earnest noted that the Assad regime is "only in a position to carry out these kinds of attacks" because of Russian support. (end) ak.hb
